Effective Minds is currently seeking to staff a team of 10 SAP ABAP Consultants for a client we have in the Sacramento, CA area. These will be permanent opportunities with our client who is a premier company in the computer industry.

Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen, EAD or Green card holder due to client requirements.
Technology
• 5+ years development experience with SAP ABAP
• 5+ years knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
• 5+ years experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
• 5+ years experience maintaining the SAP client and instance strategy within the Prototype, Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments
• 3+ Full Life Cycle (FLC) large project implementations
• SAP certification( s) preferred
Delivery
• 4+ years in a Delivery role leading an SAP team desired
• 4+ years experience with client facing consulting engagements
• Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)
Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are preferred
• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
• College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
