SAP 4.7EE Installation error

hi there, Im new to SAPTechies plz help me While installing 4.7ee during CI istallation im getin the below error kindly help MOS-01021 PROBLEM: .\\sapcar.exe -xvgf D:\\4.7EE\\KERNEL/NT/I386/SAPEXEDB.SAR, -R C:\\usr\\sap\\DEV\\SYS\\exe\\run returned with \'29\'. CAUSE: See output \'./SAPEXEDB.SAR.log\'. SOLUTION: Solve the CAUSE and retry. Thnx

Seems that either SAPCAR utility is not the latest one or *.SAR file is not of appropriate size.
Could you please have a check on both the things.
