Hi Techies,

plz provide the answers below Questions?

1).If a user wants to execute a background job immediately but there is no Background work process available. How u will do?
2).How R3 systems are communicated?
3).Explain clerly Difference between Customizing request and Workbench request?

4).How to Monioter the Perticuler user T codes they r using ?

1) Make sure why there is no background workprocess available (mean why the all background workprocesses are busy), solution is schedule the job as class A job and increase the Class A background work processes BPA by 1 or 2 more in RZ04 and switch operation mode to existing one (Day or Night) in RZ03 (click on the server, then Control > Switch operation mode > selected servers)

2) R3 systems are communicated to each other through Gateway service > Tcode for administration is SMGW.

3) Customizing requests are related to client specific changes whereas Workbench request is client independent and related to repository changes.

4) use STAD tcode or ST03N and go to user profile.
