Batch Result values got lost every 15 minutes

Hello Masters

I entered test results for the one material/lot by.creating inspection lot and entered results in Win Bliss. Results copied back to SAP QA33. I entered results manually into MSC5N, and checked MSC2N, results were there, a few minutes later the results were gone.

Today I cancelled everything and started over….created another inspection lot and entered results in Win Bliss. Results copied back to SAP QA33 but not to MSC. I entered results manually into MSC2N, and checked MSC5N, results were there, a few minutes later the results were gone in MSC.

I have never seen this happen before. I have seen it not copy things from Win Bliss and QA33, but we could go and manually enter the results in SAP MSC and everything was fine. We sell this product all the time, can you please let us know what’s going on. I really appreciate if any one could help in reslving the issue. Thanks aton in advnace.................
