Client copy transfer 50GB of data from DEV to Quality

Please advise me, For example, I want to transfer 50GB of data from DEV to Quality.

I am using client export and import method; can you tell me how many hours take for client export and import?

And also how many hours take for remote client copy?

import/export time is dependent on your cpu speed, disk speed and disk layout.

System w/ cpu of 2.6Gz, disk w/ transfer rate of 3Gb/s, export takes about 4 hours where import takes 8 hours.
System copy is the last option you want. This can take over 48hours and it is highly dependent on the connection speed between your DEV and QA.
