Continuously printing the same report on printer

We have a problem with a printer in are department, it is printing the same report, over and over without anyone requesting it.The printer is used a lot so we are unable to turn it off.

Comments

Check the spool log.
Check the print job properties.
Clear the spoll queue.
Restart the printer.

Hi,
i noticed a problem in SAP GUI 7.10 patchlevel 16 - if you want to print one copy - no problem, but if you spool 2 copies it prints 4, if 3 copies it prints 9 ...
In patchlevel 15 no problem.
