Creating a profile to use In Task List creations

Hi,

How do I create a profile to reuse when creating task lists ?  When I use TCode IA05 I can see a drop down list of profiles to use.  I want to create a new profile which will appear in that drop down list.  I know I can use Extras-->Settings-->Profile from within the task list creation tcode, but this doesn\'t allow me to save the profile or name it.
