Is there any company or a consultancy which take SAP Freshers

Hi,

Im Pradeep an MBA Grad with 2yrs of exp in recruitment with SAP HR training, since da completion of my sap training course i hav been trying for a job in SAP HR, but no results.

I hav through knowledge of SAP HR n even done an dummy project along with my other trainees in da Instiute but i want have tat live experience, so im looking a company or an consultancy which will provide me an opportunity to work in live projects either as an SAP HR Functional or Support Consultant WITH OR WITHOUT PAY,bcoz for me lie experience is very much needed than money.

So friends if anyone out thr know any company or consultancy which handle these kind of projects pls let me know n if anyone want to contact me in personally than u can mail me to my pradtg@yahoo.com.

Hi Deepak and Pradeep,

The problem everyone is facing now in the job market is downfall of the industry in the software segment. Due to the downsize that is happening in the current market lot of companies are not hiring anyone on their direct or indirect(contract)payroll the human resources.

What i would like to suggest you both is, take care of all the modules you have learnt in SAP practice thoroughly and just keep an eye by going through the current openings, if any called by the MNC's or any small consulting firms which require freshers who can work for even less package also. Just Take up any sort of opportunity that comes your way in SAP inorder to get the practical real time application knowledge that you will be exposed to,and also stability is very important... This will definitely help you in getting good break in future.

I was learnt SAP HR from Kiran few months back and he taught me in depth of subject, but he didn't teach me on real-time project concepts.however, he was stopped teaching after his marriage. Lastweek, I was attended Free SAP HR Classes ("Real-time Project Environment on Implementation and Support) from Mallareddy, Igrow Soft. He gave excellent knowledge sharing on Live Project Enviornment. He explained the concepts starting from how an implementation partner will sign off the project with client to complete support project life cycle. every one were depressed when Kiran was stopped teaching hr classes, but now mallareddy has fullfilled kiran's role as a best sap hr faculty. most of the students are joining in his classess from across locations of India. his patience and teaching style is really amazing.
