Description
He must have 3 years of domain experience. He should be having 3+ Years of experience in SAP HR Support / Implementation with exposure to PA,PT and Payroll Modules. He should be able to understand business requirements and convert it into Functional specifications. Exposure to SAP ESS/MSS will be an added advantage. He should be able to prepare test scripts to verify Quality checks and Performance of the developments. He must be having excellent communication skills.
Major Duties
•Supporting India SAP HR all modules(PA,PT and ESS/MSS).
•Understand business requirements and convert it into Functional specifications.
•Responsible for configuration and co-ordinating with HRTPI team.
•Prepare test scripts to verify Quality checks and Performance of the developments
•Provide technical direction to team members
Total Experience : 6+ years
Qualification
Education
•BE or any graduate with MBA.
Required Skills
•He must be having strong experience in SAP HR PA(Personal administration) and TM( Positive Time management)
•He must be having strong experience in SAP HR support
Desired Skills
•Knowledge of Standard business process in Travel and Personal development.
