Hi All
We are facing problem in license check when login to server which is in
clustering with production server.This is HA environment.
Few months back there was no problem with license check.Both server were running in active - active mode. But this problem has started from last 2-3 days.
We have checked log like dev_ms,dev_w*,dev_disp,we observed that there is
missing h/w key is main reason of this.When we checked in slicense tcode it is also not showing any h/w key for temporary or permanent license.But under permanent license it is showing in green color .
How it is possible when license is not getting h/w key & it shows that it is applied ?
Even the server which is affected is not allowing other users to login except sap*.
Also smms is not showing any message server.
Please guide us in about this problem..
