We are looking for MS CRM Consultant to work with a prestigious client in Singapore.
MS CRM Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaise with customers on system requirements and propose system design and specification, customize and configure system solution to suit the business process, analysis, and reporting requirements of the customers. • Ensure proper management and successful completion of projects in terms of scope, timing, and cost.
• Undertaking hands-on 2nd level production support duties and conduct in-house training to internal team.
• Prepare testing scripts, conduct training and user acceptance testing for customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience on MS CRM.
• Experience in customization and configuration of MS CRM 4 (Enterprise Edition)
• Experience with C#, Visual Studio and Windows Workflow Foundation
• Experience in designing sites with CSS, JavaScript and HTML
• Experience with Excel Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis and Reporting Services
• Good communication skill
• Able to work independently or in team
The following additional experience will be considered favorably:
• Experience in developing solutions on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (Enterprise Edition)
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath and MS SQL Server
