System Analyst for NASCO and MetaVance Membership and Billing system on a project for major Health Care companies at NASCO. The main objective of this Project is to support Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, CareFirst and Horizon processing systems on a single NASCO platform for Benefit Administration, Membership & Billing, Claims and Servicing to achieve increased speed and flexibility in delivery of healthcare products and services to market, reduced Administrative costs, and improved provider satisfaction through common practices and enhancing operating functionality given current BCBSM, CareFirst and Horizon system capabilities
· Responsible for detailed requirement analysis, defining scope, supporting test teams in test activities such as test preparation, test planning and control for Membership and Billing Plan.
· Provide MetaVance expertise to different plans.
· Excellent ability to communicate with the technical team, SMEs, Business team as well as the Executive management team.
· Manage the off-shore and on-shore teams in creation of Requirement Traceability Matrix linking Test scenarios, Test cases, Test Scripts to the Requirements.
· Provide support to test automation team to automate all test cases related to Membership & Billing.
· Identify defect by analyzing test results.
· Responsible for Defect Management which includes defect triage and resolution.
