Report /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL terminates

You cannot delete old SD-/CRM data in APO because the /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL report terminates with the 'SYSTEM_NO_ROLL' status.


    1. Add an additional OPTIONAL import parameter to the /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL function module (/SAPAPO/SDORDER_DB function group) with the short text "Delete in blocks":

    2. Add an additional OPTIONAL import parameter to the /SAPAPO/SDORDER_MAP_DEL function module (/SAPAPO/SDORDER_DB function group) with the short text "Delete in blocks":

    3. Implement the code change

    4. Define the selection text for the newly set up selection parameter:
 

• Start transaction SE38 and display the text elements for the /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL program.
• You must also add the selection text for the variable GV_SIZE:"Item number in the delete block".
• Activate the text

You can now start the /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL program in a delete block by specifying the number of items.A database update then occurs every time this block size is reached.Reducing the block size reduces the memory utilization and therefore the likelihood of a program termination. The block size is not considered if this parameter remains empty.
