SAP 4.7EE INSTALLATION PROBLEM

My System Configuration:
RAM:1GB,PROCESSOR:INTEL,
Hard Disk:160GB
Divided into 3 partition
c:26gb,d:70gb,e:45gb

First I installed win2003 on C'drive and remaining sap & oracle folders installed in D'drive successfully. I used to get knowledge by using sap.

SAP Version: 4.7EE
Oracle Version: 9.2

After some days my os was corrupted and this time installed Ubuntu OS on C'drive and left the remaining parts ie. D&E drives. On Ubuntu 10.04 I configured VirtualBox and installed New Win03 Virtual Machine[partitioned X(20GB) & Y(60GB) drives]. D(70GB) drive is mapped to Virtual Machine which can share the sap & oracle folders.

My question is I want to use sap through virtual machine. Please let me know the procedure how can I use sap. Please give step by step instructions.
