Position:SAP ABAP Consultant
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 6-9 Months
Pay Rate:50/hr on c2c or 1099
 
Description:
1.     Work as part of Application Development team to design, build, and test RICEFW objects and enhancements for a mission-critical SAP Financial Management System. 
Work closely with the Application Architect to design and deliver RICEFW objects
3.     Leverage object oriented and ABAP programming best practices to set the technical basis of the solution. 
Create technical designs documents, unit test plans and capture screenshots to document testing details
Peer review technical designs for quality and provide technical expertise.
Document cutover/configuration steps.
Understand and strictly utilize development standards and naming conventions.
Participate in status meetings and provide metrics as needed.
Follow the established migration process to ensure successful version management
 
Skills Desired:
1.     SAP ECC 6.0 Financials experience and PI 7.x experience (preferred)
2.     Object Oriented Design, SAP ABAP programming experience
3.     Strong Analytical Skills with Interface knowledge and XI/PI background
4.     Experience with enhancements (BADI, Enhancement Points, User Exits)
5.     Experience with Adobe development (Adobe Interactive Forms, SmartForms)
6.     Experience with report development (ALV, classic & interactive)
7.     Experience with Class, Objects, Function Module, BAPI, Proxy
8.     Exposure to FI/CO, GL, FM, AP & AR
