SAP Developer (Workflow, ABAP, Netweaver)
Job responsibilities:
• Design, build, test and roll-out Report, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW) fixes (change requests), according to agreed deadlines;
• Participates in Regional and World Wide Specific application enhancements and projects, as project team members. Design, build, test and roll-out application enhancements and projects, according to agreed deliverables and deadlines;
• Work with the Applications Management (Process Architects) teams, Development teams, and Help Desk teams to ensure that services meet the terms of the Service Level Agreements with the corporate companies;
• Review and update functional specifications;
• Design and develop technical specification;
• Code and test programs to ensure that user requirements are met.
Job requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommu nication) , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of software development and testing methodologies;
• Very good knowledge on SAP work flow.
• Proficiency on ABAP dev. workbench, Reports, BAPI, BADIs, ALV.
• Expertise in workbench tools like SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis and ABAP Query.
• Hands on experience with RFCs, User-Exits.
• Experience in developing interfaces using IDocs and ALE .
• Experience in creating Functional Modules.
• Good knowledge of SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms
• Good knowledge in data transfer using BDC and LSMW.
• Experience in Dialog/ Online programming, Screen and Menu Painter, Web Dynpro.
• Knowledge of BOR and ABAP Objects.
• Knowledge of Exchange Infrastructure( XI ) and NetWeaver 7.0 applications
• Thorough in understanding new Business processes and Implementations.
• At least 2 years knowledge and understanding of any SAP functional modules in ABAP programming would be a strong advantage;
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others;
• Good written and communications skill in English;
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills;
• Excellent teamwork skills. Being able to mentor other developers in own area of expertise while good learner on other’s;
• Participate in development of department skills matrix. Teaching and learning;
• Can work with minimum supervision;
• Able to multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others;
