Job Description:

Skill: 1. Good experience in the IT industry for about 6-8 yrs out of which 5-6 years in SAP BASIS administration. 2. Experience in installation and support of CRM 5.0 and CRM 7.0. 3. Should have CRM Upgrade experience. BW Upgrade experience will be an advantage 4. Should have done independently at least one Hands-on CRM Upgrade. EHP Implementation & Unicode conversion will be an additional advantage. 5. Multiple SAP upgrades of production systems (ERP is fine too but need to have good understanding of tools/methodology) 6. Good soft skills in the area of communication, presentation and consultancy. 7. Experience on UNIX and Windows Operating systems in Implementation and support projects for SAP landscape 8. Experience on Oracle, SQL server databases in Implementation and support projects for SAP landscape. 9. Should have supported CRM middleware and Java stack including support packs and patches on Java instance. 10. Exposure to new dimensional products like SAP CRM, SAP EBP, SAP BW, SAP APO, Internet technology will be an added advantage.
