Job Description
•    In most cases we found a mismatch / inadequacy compared to requirements .
•    All of them had experience in CRM 7.0 but not the back ends we were looking for ( multiple ERPs )
•    Some had BDoc / Mapbox experience but not all profiles
•    None were architects in previous projects
•    Most were functional, but the position we are looking at is a core technical one ( Middle ware Architect for CRM integration / implementation )
•    Below are the requirements we had provided
•    Those who I spoke to did not feel confident to take up when the scenario was explained”
•    SAP CRM 7.0 middle-ware Architect with > 6 years hands on experience in multiple implementation of which at least 2 involving multiple ERP instances integration with single CRM front-end
•    Must have led the integration / interface / middle-ware team in 3 or more SAP CRM projects
•    Expertise in groupware integration
•    Expertise in ABAP MapBox and XI/PI  with experience integrating multiple backends to one CRM system
•    Any experience in data harmonization across platforms will be a plus
•    Position based in Duncan, SC
