SAP GUI Error SAP GUI only work for 5-10 min

i am facing sap gui problem,after log on sap frontend i worked with 5 to 10 min. but after 10 min.

it hange and showing sapad04 time out,its only in single system,plz help me,thanks.

Upgrade Patch Level of SAP GUI.

Are you logging on through a VPN? If so, then you may need to write a program to ping the server and keep your sessions active. Think about a program which will say, display the time every 5 minutes within a loop.
