3. Skilled in client handling, expectations management
4. Demonstrated experience as work stream/module lead (for TL/AM candidates)
5. Ability to drive design discussions including conducting Conference Room Pilots, decision papers and process definition documents
6. Other requirements:
a. Preference for specialized industry solution skills or on business processes
b. Good communication and client facing abilities
