Resources need to be Techno-Functional in nature (70% Technical- 30%- Functional). They should have prior support experience.
The resources should be conversant with the check in, check out procedures,
should be able to independently compile code and bounce services as part of compilation of code.
The resources should have at least two implementation experience wherein they have
worked extensively on code fixes and enhancements.
Resources should have 2 or 3 of the technical skills noted below.
