Spool time in UTC time instead local time

Spool time is displayed in UTC (Universal Coordinated Time = UTC is identical to GMT) instead local time of the user.

Time Zone functionaliy is inactive for the following reasons:

Time Zones are not activated at all; no entry(es) in table TTZCU for theclient(s) used
Time Zones activated in other client, but not successfully copies to new client
Time Zones activated, but referred time zone no longer existing (deleted in table TTZZ)
Solution

check table TTZCU, there must be an entry for every client used; relevant fields are:

default time zone of the system
--> make sure the time zone exists (use F4 to check/select)
default time zone for users of the user (system -> user profile -> own data -> defaults -> personal time zone), same as above
individual time zone of the user, same as above
