Technical Analyst:
The desired applicant would have solid foundation in Enterprise Desktop support of Microsoft Windows. A working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure components comprised of but not limited to AD, SMS, WSUS and MOM. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Skills:
• Strong Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Vista
• Working knowledge of desktop management tools
• Proficiency in hardware, software and operating systems environments
• Knowledge with appropriate networks, products and protocols.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong technical aptitude
• Scripting experience, WMI, Power Shell ,etc
• Unix/Linux experience a plus
• Virtualization experience a plus
• Communication skills
• Ability to execute
• Ability to multi-task
• Sense of urgency
