Temse Error, SAP Logon Group, Deleting Batch Jobs, Saposcol Manually Started

Temse Error :
                I am Getting Temse Error when I execute the RSBDCREO Report. No expiry Time is set in my clients . it shows as unlimited Time in SP12 .Temse Data Storage -> Memory Allocation)

SAP Logon Group :
              I need to update my GUI From 640 (21 patch level) to 710 (Patch level 11) in all my 550 Machines. Is there any option to implement this in one stretch

Deleting Batch Jobs (Recent Days Only)
                I used delete the Batch jobs in se38 using the program RSBTCDEL. It shows certain jobs are selected and not deleted. What will be the reason ?
How to rectify this ?

Saposcol Manually Started.
                From last month onwards saposcol is not started automatically when I start sap .I am starting the same manually in all my servers (2 application and in my production )What will be the reason ? how to solve this issue ?
