GRC AC 10.0 BI Extraction Enablement

Symptom

You need to extract GRC AC 10.0 data to SAP BW. The AC 10.0 DataSources are delivered with certain SP level (see below).

GRC AC BW Extraction, Delta Enabled BW Extraction, Historical / Trend Reporting in AC

Reason and Prerequisites

Extraction enablement (like delta extraction support) requires certain code adjustments so the DataSources can be enabled.

Solution

Implement SP08 of software component GRCFND_A V1000 or implement attached correction instructions.

1. Go to transaction se11, enter GRFNMWRTINSTAPPL into DB table name and press the Change button (F6)

2. Switch to Fields tab and add a non-key field at the end of the table fields list

a) Field name is 'UPDATED_AT'

b) The Field type is 'TIMESTAMPL'

3. Save and Activate your changes (Ctrl+F3)
