Regarding the SAP Corp trainer requirements, please find attached the spread sheet, with the trainer rates.
Pre-requisites of these trainers are
1. 80% project exp and 20% training experience
2. min 2 end to end project experience preferred.
3. Certified consultant is an added advantage & preferred.
4. min 2-3 corporate training experience for external customers with a batch strength of min 15-20 is preferred.
5. If there is no external customer training exp then atleast 2-4 in-house project training experience mandatory with a batch strength of min 16 people mandatory.
6. Very good communication skills mandatory, who can lead the training session thru real test case scenarios, business scenarios expected by the client.
7. If the trainer has done atleast 1 corp trainer assignment at Middle East - added advantage, but not mandatory.
